Nepalese Madhesi Community in Canada (NMCC) The NMCC is a growing non-profit organization that was established in the summer of July 2019 by the Madhesi community residing in Canada. NMCC is a vibrant diaspora that plays a significant role in enriching the Mithila, Bhojpura and Abadh cultures in Canada. As a community, we blend our traditions, customs and values by adding diversity to the multicultural landscape of Canada. NMCC’s motto is to create a strong sense of identity and belonging on a land far from its homeland.
NMCC is a dynamic and resilient group that continues to thrive in their adopted country, Canada. NMCC is dedicated to the Madhesi group for their betterment and enriching the cultural heritage that creates a strong sense of belonging in this community. NMCC will continue upholding the Madhesi culture’s values and heritages through gatherings and celebrations to preserve and pass down Mithila’s values to future generations.

NMCC events are celebrated with fervour and enthusiasm through fun games, dance and lively performances that bring the Madhesi community together.
